Nothing wrong with customer service or anythings else. I was not satisfied that what was wrong with my vehicle was not covered under the extended warranty. One would expect that with purchasing extended coverage you are protecting your investment. However, to find out that the warranty does not cover the repair and leading to spending more money would not sit well with anyone. Your question was completly satisified. I was not satisified with the outcome and that is beyond employees control. Service and mechanic were great.

We we're scheduled for a 2pm appointment.We arrived at 1:50 as to not be late for it. Our truck was pulled into a bay right away for service, but was put back in the parking lot as soon as we went to the waiting area. Shane told us it would take approximately an hour before they knew anything check back around 3 or you had my cell number.we check back a little bit after 3 and Shane told us they were still working on it.I then asked why it was parked in the parking lot if they were still working on it. Nothing had been done other than the number hung on the mirror. We then had wait until the mechanic made the repairs. I believe we left around 4:30 very dissatisfied with Shane. We were satisfied that the part was in stock and we left with repaired vehicle. Shane couldn't find our address in your computer system even though we bought the vehicle there and have it serviced there. He couldn't print us out of service report as it wasn't ready yet and he just left the desk. Another man sitting at the desk spoke with my husband said he had the address and that it would be mailed to us no problem. We still have not received that service report even by mail. We also had issues with Shane'incompetence during oil change services. in fact our last oil change was done here in Osage Beach rather than driving to Jeff City and putting up with Shane.My husband was looking at Camaros and Corvettes while we were there, I told him to forget about it we're not buying another vehicle here. please quit texting my number, you may contact me by mail. I even received a text this Wednesday that my vehicle had been serviced and was ready to be picked up.I have no idea what that is about as we left with my vehicle the day it was serviced.
