Everything went well. Shuttle service was good

My oil change and tire rotation took 1 hour and forty five minutes while I waited there for my car. I asked if it was done after waiting 1.5 hours. They brought it out 15 minutes later. Really slow service today.

For this being the first time me and my wife come to your shop we expected a lot better. We have to drive from Columbia and comunicated back and forth with Ron a couple times and still some things were missed. Also when we picked up our car after hours the glove compartment was not put back. If they had looked at the air filter as we had mentioned the bad smell they could of atleast placed a new one in. I took pictures of how it was left. I also had to explain things about that car that they should of already known. They kept telling me the car did not come with the hands free truck feature and I explained that was one of the main reasons we had bought this car and how the denali version had to come with it. Turns out they never finished the installment to begin with. We love chevrolet but expected a bit more.

I have waited for months to get an appointment and to get my car serviced only to get my car back with the same problem that I took it in with and the same lights on as when I took it in . I called as soon as I drove off the parking lot and notice the lights was on only to be told everyone was busy but Someone would call me back call me back . No one did so I called Cadillac to resolve the problem . Then Gary the service manager lied , to cover himself to Cadillac after I talked with him him on the October 12 (2 Nd call made by me ) to talk with him About my lights being on . Cadillac Informed me they would be checking to ensure proper service is provided . The day of my service Riley agreed to pick my car up at 9:30 from my work place no call no show . I called them again around 10 ish they came finally . Riley agreed to drop vehicle off to me at 3 pm. Once again no call no show . I found a ride . About 2 months prior to finally getting service . They schedule an appointment then cancelled said part wasn’t in but would be in on a few wee days and they would call me when parts were ready . They did not . I called thrn several times . Finally after 30 day’s I called agin and found out no one ever ordered the parts . I have always had amazing service and a good experience with Riley in the past with all of my vehicles , but this is disappointing .
