I bought a 2020 GMC Terrain in late July (Brian was a great sales person) but it immediately began making noises (just as soon as I got back to Sedalia with it). In mid-August I called to get it checked out & Heather in service was very accomodating in getting me a rental. The service department had my car for an entire week. I got text/reminders about dropping off and then no communication. I had to call each day for a report. On Monday they knew nothing because my service manager was not there, on Tuesday they knew it had been driven, on Wednesday they said they drove it again and could not hear anything and I could come get it. Again, I had to call each afternoon for this report. So Friday I come to pick it up and it is immediately making the noise I heard. On Saturday I went to WK Chevrolet in Sedalia and in a matter of minutes he found a service bulletin about the exact noise I reported!!! I don't know why Riley had it for a week and didn't check for this service bulletin. WK has attempted to fix the problem, and they are working on it again tomorrow. It has bad welds in the B pillar that cause ticking/rattling noises and it is SO annoying. I haven't even made a payment on the car and I want to return it! I actually have it for sale on Marketplace. While the purchase was a smooth process I'm highly unsatisfied with my purchase and when I discussed this with Brian Mushrush he said I'd probably have to take a loss to trade it in. Plus there is little else on your lot in my price range (SUV, 60 months, under $500). If you can help or have a solution please call me at ****-****-xxxx. I look forward to hearing from you.
