Bought this vehicle with 3800 miles. Was told that the first oil change was included at 7500 miles. Make the appointment and send my wife, and she gets charged because it expired. I call the sales person, and he says he will call us back after he looks into it, but no call.

It took almost 2 hours for my oil change, but the man who was working the desk apologized and gave me a $10 credit. In the past, Riley has always had amazing customer service, so I give the service department a pass on receiving a bad review because it has not been a pattern.

I had a last minute right before a trip service engine light come on. I was also on a tight time schedule because of needing to meet my special needs grandchild's bus. I had no appointment but after calling and explaining my situation they said come on in, so I did. I was expecting it to be a long day with maybe even having to end up renting a car. But they jumped right on it, found the problem, fixed it and I was home in plenty of time to meet the bus and then leave for my trip They are a top notch group of guys!
