My appointment was at 11, i dropped my truck off at 8am, i informed the service department i take my lunch at 12:30 giving them plenty of time to get my truck done, i never received a call, so i called the service department at 12:35 and the receptionist could not tell me of my truck was done, and informed me the person i needed to talk to was at lunch,and had me leave a message on his voice mail, so i did.
Still no call back so i called again at 1:19 he was still at lunch. So i called back at 1:47 and Heather informed me the guy was on the phone with someone, and she didnt know why he hasnt called me back. So i speak to a guy who then informed me they needed to change my air filter and they had 2 options, i told him i would have my husband call, then they informed my husband, that there was 2 air filters that needed to be replaced, not either or. So i required a shuttle because i did not have a ride back to the shop, waited 10 minutes, no shuttle, so i had a friend from work take me to the shop. I get to the shop and no one can explain why it took so long to get an oil change on my truck when my appointment was at 11 and they had my truck all day. I was very unsatisfied with the customer service this time. 161.16 dollars later i have my truck and the oil is changed. It was a huge headache once everthing was done

Replied to Trenton phone text for service of my vehicle, providing info on what I wanted to have done but apparently he didn't get/see he said. Did not everything done wanted. Also spoke with Tristan about what wanted done but apparently he didn't pass that onto anyone and sounded/acted like didn't know anything. There seems to be communication issues both electronicly and in person. Spent hours and still not got everything done because of this and will now have to spend time again to get other things fixed.
