After having my Front Wheel Bearing replaced on Friday because you all said per the multi inspection it needed to be replaced. So had to wait 2 weeks to get in on Friday. The guys replaced it and I picked up my truck and I come home hearing metal scrapping sounds and grating and has rubbed on the wheel. Afraid to even drive it now. I plan to drop it off tomorrow afternoon for Monday morning service hoping I can get it there before any further damage is done.

I appreciate the fact they picked up my truck and brought it back but I had to call them to tell me why the check engine light came on at 750 miles on my new 2021 truck. No service paper was left in the truck and no phone call was made to me. They did however work me in(only thanks to my salesman, Zac). Just thought the customer service from the service dept was lacking.
