I am looking forward to discussing the many issues that made this the worst service I have ever had anywhere with my car. Certainly not the standards I am accustomed to at Riley Chevrolet.

I have been to the dealership with my vehicle now 2 times. Each appointment that I have previously prearranged in maiden I have been told when I walked in the door that my weight was going to be an extremely long time because someone had called in or they were short staffed. I it is I am a manager of over 75 employees and I take care of patients every day as a nurse. I just feel like the customer service could honestly be better if you would have made a phone call each time and said Hey I know you have an appointment this morning but we're staffing challenge today I just wanted to let you know is that OK with you

Everything as far as service performed was great. When I called to schedule appointment, mentioned the lug nut covers were missing after last oil change and we needed to take care of that. I failed to mention at appointment so I still am without 5 of the covers.

Called to request status of vehicle on 07/23, they stated they could “hear the squeaky noise but they could not figure out where it was coming from.” We did not hear anything the rest of the day. We called (because they never communicated a status of the vehicle) on Monday, July 25 and they said, “ we can not duplicate the squeaky noise, and if we hear it we should bring it back. We proceeded to pick up the vehicle, as soon as we started it we heard the “squeaky noise” and were able to get it on video.
