Evidently the service technician put too much oil in my car when he changed the oil. After I got back home I started it to go somewhere and the engine started making a horrible noise and white smoke was billowing out of my tailpipes. I immediately shut it off and called AAA to tow it back. It was there for 2 days and I was not told what the issue was until I called the 3rd time. I did receive an apology. But I hope that it didn’t do permanent damage to my car.

I know these advisers get bad surveys on these 2 hour oil changes! Unfortunately they can not control the flow of the shop. Hopefully management knows how hard they work to overcome these negative surveys.

Trenton was very helpful. They couldn't fix the problem I was having with my vehicle, and didnt charge me anything. I was shocked. I even asked if there was diagnostic time. Very good experience

I had a 8am o’clock appointment, and I told them I needed my vehicle back at 9:30. I didn’t get it picked up until 2:30. Which caused me to miss several work apts. also called to make an oil change apt. and it took 2 weeks just to get an apt.

There was a really nice guy that stayed after when he was supposed to go home so he could get me paid up and checked out without having to wait for the other check out guy to get off the phone and help me. I got outta there quicker bc of that. Thanks to the burly guy in the tshirt who said it was his day off! Appreciate you!

Brought car in little over 3weeks ago with a computer read out from BigOl Tires 1st the scan of the computer codes was O2 sensor, Castaic converter,an miss fire in cylinder.1st Vista to your shop got call fixed . Got there was told that it was just O2 sensor, I asked about other codes was told that all it showed ,I ? ThT an asked about other 2 codes was told you had better equipment an he did not trust Big O TIRES . I TOOK CAR HOME the next few days same dashboard indicators came by on called got bk in got call that the catalytic converter needed replaced had to bring g item next daydroped off . Came in to pick up ,asked agai. About the 3rd code that I told them about was told that was it an was fixed. Drove a few more days all same indicators are by on car would buck as the traction light came on rpms would go up when traveling on any road inclines which are many between Fulton MO. an Jefferson city. All these systems was what I first reported was told couldn't get in till August 7 discussed on going ordeal tec sId could bring in Saturday then or any time agreed too bring in the next day after work before 5pm ,ne t day called to serif y could pick up a check it out a 3rd time. Called check on result was told it was misfiring in #2.cylinder had parts would be $402. -- yes1st an 2nd vist was. Covered by warranty when spoke to representative noted if this was caused by Covered parts that it should be covered by warranty do too other issues being a cause of 1st2 codes when spoke to representative prior to getting it in for 3rd vist they said that sounded about right . Had them do work went to pick up was told it was not covered do too electronically related but as I ? This representative lost track his words an said if was related too converter it might or would been then caught himself then said never heard of any warranty covering electronic issue. So I have so.e reservation to believe that if all issues wS a dressed at 1st visit not 3rd vist charged as separate incendent that it would of been covered so leaving bad taste. ON the good side.,after complaining about each problem you did work it in quicker than 1st told ,after they saw it was an ongoing issue. Your driver Gary was timely an pleasant sorry this not been best review but just aggravated .
