I was extremely frustrated with how I was treated with an issue with my new car. I had called and scheduled an appointment days in advance . I brought my car to Riley’s then was told they couldn’t look at it due to them being behind. I rushed from work to get my car there and didn’t even receive a phone call to let me know that they were behind. I was rescheduled to a different day the following week. Someone came to pick up my car and I was told nothing was wrong with it. Rileys didn’t even call to tell me anything about my car. I asked the gentleman that brought my car back what had been found. He said he was told nothing was wrong with it. I then called Ricky Kutscher to help with this situation because I felt as though the service Dept was being lazy. Ricky did a great job helping with my issue. The service manager then called and said they found the problem but needed to order a part for my steering. He scheduled me a day the following week. Then that day came around and I had to call twice for someone to come and pick up my car. I was told that there was no record of my car being fixed that day. I called and spoke with Josh. He was very understanding but I was extremely upset with how this entire situation was handled. I had to call multiple times to figure out the status of my car. I feel as though this is not how a brand new car owner should be treated. Josh did do a satisfactory job handling this disorganized situation but it was not his fault. I hope this is the last time I get handled in this way or I will be going elsewhere.
