I brought my GMC Terrain in to have the oil levels checked due to an oil consumption issue. I had my oil changed in November 2020 and was told to bring it back every 1000 miles to have the levels checked. Due to the pandemic I barely drove and was quarantined for months, I was exposed multiple times as I’m an essential worker and wasn’t able to bring it back to the shop until yesterday to have the levels checked. I have barely driven 2000 miles since the oil change in November. Josh Scott talked to me like I was an idiot and told me my vehicle doesn’t qualify for the consumption testing anymore since I went passed 1000 miles to have the levels checked. He was extremely condescending. I was only doing my part to stop the spread. I expect better from Riley as my family and myself have purchased all of our vehicles there. Everything from Cadillacs to a Chevy Cruz, but never again. Josh appeared to be training Trenton Lincoln and Josh said to Trenton “this is the **** we have to deal with” referring to me. They treated me like a 3 year old and I asked them to just give me my vehicle back. I would like to speak to someone before my father calls his very good friend, Kevin Riley. Thank you.

I have been told 2 times now that my alignment has been done, but it has not. There is a 172 point inspection on certified vehicles but mine failed a total of 4 so far that I know of. 2 fixed by you 1 fixed by me and one still not fixed. It's very frustrating and very disappointing considering i heard great things about this company and that is why I bought a truck here. But now I'm worried considering the issues I'm having.
