I am absolutely thrilled that my vehicle was picked up from my workplace within minutes of my phone call. (My phone slid behind the console of my car.) Riley also offered to perform a needed oil change. My car was delivered back to my workplace within three hours. Being a pandemic year and a teacher, finding substitutes to cover classes for errands such as these are difficult to come by. I am most grateful that my teaching day was not interrupted and thrilled with the convenience and kindness extended to me today. Customer service A+!

As I texted your service personnel- I called at 11:30 asking if any appts left for an oil change and she indicated 12noon- arrived 11:45-completed at 1:30—absolutely unacceptable!!! I will NOT be returning. Poor customer service.
