Joshua. Thank you for getting me the vehicle back to me so quick. There has been something that has been bothering me, and I thought I would let you know. The only vehicles I own are luxury vehicles. That being said Cadillac service delivery has always lagged behind when I have arrived to pick up my vehicle. Although I never have to find my vehicle at the benz or lexus dealerships as they are brought to me, I have to go find my vehicle every-time I come to Riley even though I deliver the loaner to your bay. Ok. I can live with that if I have to, but then I have to clean out my vehicle; I have to remove the plastic film from my seat and also remove the paper mat that is placed on the floor and walk back into your bay to dispose of the trash. Today I could not even do that as the door was shut behind me as I walked out to get my truck. It is truly disappointing to experience this every-time I come to pick up my vehicle after service. This has been every service since I purchased the truck in 2016.
