We really appreciate the service of a driver bringing me home and not having to wait. This is a huge plus for us since my wife is handicapped and can't drive. I did notice that we don't have any actual paperwork on the tires. Since we travel so much it has come in handy in the past. I'd appreciate it if you could mail us the tire warranty or else I can stop by and pick it up Thanks again for your great service and keeping us informed with all the updates .

The car I had worked on is 39 years old and one of the two problems I had your shop look at I knew could be challenging to diagnose and repair. Even though that problem wasn’t fixed I greatly appreciate the effort and how I was treated and was surprised I wasn’t charged labor for the time spent looking for the problem. I am needing some more routine work done on that car and will be schedule in a day for that to be done in the Near future.

I was greeted when I walked into the service area. All of my questions were answered completely. I was offered a ride home after they found out I was not waiting for my car - so nice to have it offered and not having to ask. When I came to pick up my car, they helped me find the car in the lot before going back to the service center. Such great customer service!
