Today all I needed was an oil change and tire rotation. But during the last two weeks both of my vehicles needed replacement batteries
The service team worked quickly and provided me with the needed batteries. My Suburban was the first to "die". It was in my garage at home. It was still under warranty. I was able to swap in the new battery. Then returned the old core to Riley. Then two days later the battery in my Cadillac XTS failed. It too was in the garage when it could not be started. I went to Riley and talked with the parts manager who supplied me with a replacement. But when I started removing the old one, I ran into problems. There was an electronic component on the battery that I couldn't remove.I went back to Riley for help and they jumped right in. The managers arranged to have a technician come to my home to install the battery and stay to guide me during the startup configuration. I have never before experienced better hands-on service. This was truly Cadillac service.

Simple reason is that I had to bring it back because of a gas leak. It is almost a 30 mile one way trip for me to bring it in. I had to to make 4 trips to get it fixed.

Check engine indicator came on within 5 miles of picking up ‘14 Equinox and remained lit. Disappointed your diagnostic tests didn’t identify the root of the issue and there’s still an issue that needs to be identified and corrected.
