My service has been satisfactory. I have 59,000 miles on this 2017 Silverado High Country and Riley Service has done every oil change so far. But I don’t understand why the appointment takes 1-1/2 hours??? Every oil change I’ve had was pre-scheduled yet I sit and wait for 1-1/4 hour to 1-3/4 hour every time. Seems that could be improved !?!?
