Not even sure why I am wasting my time filling this out but I am still pretty upset with the overall service and customer service that I had with my appt.
I set an appt for 10 in the morning. I dropped my car off at 9:45. I was told that my car would take 2-3 hours and if I needed a shuttle that it could take me somewhere, so I agreed to that. Was asked to go to the waiting room and they would have someone come get me when a driver comes available. After sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes - I went back to the service guy (which was not josh who helped me from the beginning) and followed up on if there were drivers available, the guy pointed at 2 men standing there talking and said yeah right there. (No telling how long they have been there and from their expression knew nothing about me needing a ride) so I was dropped off at my location. At 12:30, I still didn’t hear anything so I had a family member swing me by to see if it was done on her lunch. I was told that my car hasn’t even been started and that I must have changed my appt time to 3 (why in the hell would I drop my car off at 10 and then change my appt to 3 - make no sense and I don’t appreciate getting blamed for your all’s mistake) so before I left i was told that my car would be next in the que (that was a lie) I asked how long it will take and was now told about an hour.
To make a long story short. If my car was next in que. I shouldn’t of had to wait another 3 hours for my car to be done. I didn’t get called until a little after 4 saying that my car was done. I wasted my whole day off getting the ring around from you all. The company had my car for 6 hours. If I didn’t make an appt that would be one thing, but I made an appt and I have confirmation for the time.
I know I am just another number to you all, but have the decency to make up for your mistake and not blame it on your customers. I had another appt that I had to cancel due to not having a vehicle. Not sure what the point of making an appt is for. This isn’t the first time that this has happen to me while dealing with Riley and I’m sure it won’t be my last!!!
So point of all of this is.... my whole day and time was wasted on your company!!
