Well I bought my car as a certified pre-owned a little over two years ago have put 20000 miles on it and the timing chain slipped and it wouldn't start back up it was not running when the timing chain slipped and they kept telling me because it was running is gored the motor

We have not picked up the Traverse yet because we are waiting on insurance adjuster regarding hail damage but we have had it there at least four times for same issue and because of this last time it was outside when hail hit. So no, not satisfied at all with Riley's. This all started with lifters we had to pay for and to add insult to injury the gas leak you created has been a nightmare.
