Have had “The Works” done in the past and never charged as much as I was on Saturday. Also, never received a text or email with the information; how tires were rotated, info on brakes, or anything.
My wife had just referred some people for The Works for $69.95 plus tax. They were very interested and now she is going to have to let them know they is not the case.
Your business needs to let people know up front the cost will be higher or don’t advertise/quote that price!!
