When I pickup my vehicle, your agent just give me the paperwork and told me my car is on aisles 4 and the key is inside the car. Well I walked around in the cold and can’t locate my car. I went back inside and talk to the same service agent, he then look at paperwork then realized my key is with the cashier. I asked him to help me locate my car, he wasn’t that willing, because as he walked out with me he keep using the remote multiple time to locate my car for me.
