In the past 6 days, 13 emails have been exchanged by Michael **** and his subordinates and myself. Two of his subordinates didn’t answer my emails in a timely manner or at all.
I assume that this quality control email was sent automatically, because if this email was voluntary sent by some person at the dealership, it’s clueless and insulting. Tonkin Honda has had a terrible communication problem in the last 2 years. I don’t expect to see my response to this email being acted upon, or even noted, by Tonkin Honda.
DO NOT HAVE CAROL STEVENS CALL OR EMAIL ME. THAT WOULD BE THE FINAL INSULT. SHE HAS BEEN USELESS SINCE THE TIME SHE INTRODUCED HERSELF IN 2017.

Josh as a service rep was fine. The service department was another problem. I waited 4 hours to have my tires looked at, after being told I had a nail in the tire, I approved the replacement of a new tire. When the repair was done, after paying the bill, I walk out to my car to find that the service department put on the wrong tire! I had to wait another hour to have the correct tire put on. Just seems that after supposedly inspecting 4 tires, they would know the correct tire to put on.
