I didn’t know there was anything wrong with my power steering until they told me, during a routine oil change, that it needed to be replaced. When I drove my car out of Honda‘s parking lot, I realized how smooth and easy to turn my steering wheel was. Obviously it had deteriorated slowly and I hadn’t noticed. But once the new power steering rack was installed, I could tell the difference immediately. I am so thankful that your technicians identified the problem and did such an excellent job replacing the old with the new parts.
