Tru has always been very helpful and thorough. She not only cares about her customers, but she also provides excellent customer service. I was having an issue with a power outage in my home and was unable to place my vehicle in the garage. Things being the way they are today, I didn't want to park my vehicle on street. When I asked Tru if I could leave my vehicle at the dealership one more day, she obliged. She also assured me that my vehicle would be safely secured in the work area. For that, I am very grateful!
