I thought I was going in for something that cost $119 when I selected the “Maintenance Minder B Service” online while scheduling my appointment, per the code that came up on my dashboard. I was shocked when the cashier told me I owed $411.89. I would have never authorized those services if I knew it would cost me that much today. I was not given pricing, nor fully explained what was being done to my car today. I will have to pull this from my savings and I am now stressed about it.
