I brought my car in to have the ac fixed. They had my car for 3 days to fix the ac compressor. I paid $2,033. No one at the service desk said thank you, I did however. I get in my car and the radio display says “enter code” and am locked out of it. I called to ask for someone to please give me a code. They tell me to come back. No, I am almost home and am taking care of someone who needs constant care. They were unhelpful, unapologetic, and said that they would “do their best to have someone contact me” Very disappointed that everyone there is negligent enough to not have the courtesy to return my car to me in the condition I brought it to them in.
