Usually I have a good experience but today there were issues where I ended up waiting an hour extra because I wasn’t notified my vehicle was ready, but that was resolved by the service manager and I feel satisfied with the resolution she found for me. Unfortunately when I got my vehicle back I saw that there was no paper put down on the floor of the driver side and there are several grease foot prints that I’ll have to try and clean out. Like I said, the manager was great and I appreciated her help and attention but I’m bummed on my experience this time around.
