Tyler went ABOVE AND BEYOND today. I knew I’d be waiting on-site for several hours based on my service. I brought my laptop etc so I could work (heat events = emergency mode for my work). I asked him how long he thought I’d be there as I had a meeting at the tail end of the time I projected. When I shared that with him, he said he’d try to get me out in time. About a 1/2 hour before my meeting, he found me and let me know my car wouldn’t be ready, but he’d arranged a private space for me to hold my meeting!!! Just WOW! EXCELLENT job Tyler!

I came in on Wednesday night and the service center was closed at 6. I had a flat tire and my spare on which made me really nervous to drive on on bad Portland roads. So they got me in immediately Thursday morning before they opened, Lyft me to work and then Lyft me back after work to pick my car up. Great service, everyone was friendly.
