I know that Daniel was in a lot of physical pain and unable to be at work . I’d been told that he would hand over to someone else , and I don’t think that happened. The actual repair of my car apparently took about 3 hours, but it was at the shop for 2 days.

All the services are great. Except I don’t know why Ron Tonkin still charge for brake check when I have my brake installed from you way back. Also charge for tire rotation when I got my tires there too. Others store never charges if you buy or install from the store like Les Schwab or other tires shop.

I was completely unsatisfied with my service this week for many reasons. Your team didn’t communicate with me on the status of my car. I had to call every time to get status updates. Twice I was sent to voicemail. I received one text saying my car would be ready soon at 5:50pm on Thursday and didn’t hear back until I called the next day. I received more communication from your team trying to buy my car back in the time that it was with you than I did from the service team. I was quoted the wrong amount of what my bill would be. I was told it would be $450 and it turned out to be $550. The problem with my car has been an on going problem since I bought the car from Ron Tonkin. The splash guard keeps falling off. This was the third time it fell off. How can the same thing break 3 times in 4 years and not be considered a lemon? This car only has 25k miles on it, it’s not an overused vehicle. This and any other problem I have had with my Fit has never been covered by warranty. To have to replace this out of my own pocket especially for this high of an amount is outrageous. To date I have spent over $600 on this specific problem. I went to your location because I bought the car from you and want to uphold my extended warranty your team insisted I buy.
