I paid for a tire rotation and didn’t get it. I know this because my front passenger tire is scuffed up a little bit and it was in the exact same position. She also suggested that I get my oil changed every 5000 miles which is way more than I need to. Several people at the dealer told me that I can change it when the computer recommends which is at about 12,000 miles

Tyler, who helped me did an awesome job. I had to wait about an hour and 20 minutes for my car to be repaired but there was no place to sit that was quiet. there was either music blaring or the TV was on. This was not an easy environment to sit and wait for the car service to be done.
