I had to wait extra time after I was done for them to rotate the tires even though I stated it needed that service on check in. Also surprised the car is not washed? Thought that was part of it and is standard at most dealers now. No area with modern phone charging or even accessible plugs in waiting areas. Had to crawl on the floor under a desk to get one. Overall I will not be returning to RT Honda. The service advisor was nice and addressed the tire rotate but that should not really be my responsibility to audit routine service procedures.

Trudy was excellent. However, it seems the work was not started until after the promised time of 14:00. Also when I rang at 16:00 I asked for an estimated time of completion, since it takes 30-40mins by public transport, but this was declined. An update during the day would have been helpful; and next time I will guess when to head over and wait if necessary. The quote was correct but clearer explanation of the work when I signed would be appreciated, ie the part that was to be replaced. Thank you for the opportunity to give feedback.
