what the **** is wrong at your dealership service department? I picked up my car, unwashed after I spend almost $3000 with you ..... then half way home I turned on the radio and there's no power to the radio, the GPS, and other things. Don't you guys understand that if you do things half **** you can kill people?? Not with this situation but if it's an indication of your focus and concentration in general, you guys probably do half **** work and may or may not check it after before you release it. . Where is your pride in what you do? You replace all those tire sensors and nothing shows on the screen. I've always been a good customer at SB Toyota, buying 3 or 4 cars over time and having all my service done there but going forward for me and my family I may be going elsewhere. You probably failed to check the radio fuse and if you want me to be a fan of yours I expect you to send someone to my house to fix the problem with which you left me. There's no excuse for letting my car go without checking all the fuses ESPECIALLY considering the problem I came in with. I hope a human can read this and do something about it. MY TIME IS VALUABLE TOO.

Overcharging for everything. A light bulb change service charges $214 while it's $5 for the bulb and take less than a minute of labor. Same as wiper blade. I'll never coming back again
