I am satisfied with Rachel Maseda who provided excellent information on the health of my vehicle. She is an asset to the SB Toyota organization. However, I am not sure I truly like your new software program where it sends the mechanics diagnosis as well as your
invoice. I prepaid for a 60K maintenance service for my vehicle when I purchased my vehicle. I did not see this information on the software text information I received. It said I owed $115.00. Umm! Rachel said I was good to go. What would have happened if I paid the $115? Would you not have accepted my payment? Many of your Senior customers also would not be able to navigate your text software. How do you work around this issue?
Also, I was not pleased with the maintenance tag that was adhered to my windshield that was written in a sharpie stating 50K-0-20.Do you no longer use your computerized stickers that tell you the mileage or date to have your vehicle serviced? Thanks, Santos
