Alex coordinated the maintenance for my truck, answered questions I had and kept me informed on the progress and completion of the work. All paper work was completed and had it ready for my signature when I came to pick up my vehicle.

There was confusion about my appointment. I had someone to pick me up and they had to wait about 30 min for me in the heat. It got handled and everything went well. This is the 2nd time however that there was confusion over an appointment that was made.

Andrea was great!! She was friendly and kind and very helpful and patient. What I'm unsatisfied with is, I had asked for the batteries in my key fabs to be replaced due to one being completely dead and the other almost dead, I also asked for my spare to be put back underneath where it goes and that wasn't done either. If those things weren't possible to do then I wish someone would have said that, instead of just not doing it.

Team was great! We will need to bring the car back in to have the tires rotated back. Your team had just rotated them for us as they were causing the steering wheel to shake but doesn’t look like that was in the file and they steering wheel is back to shaking the on the freeway.
