I am always satisfied with the thorough job the employees in the service department complete the maintenance on my car. Todd gives me informative information on my cards needs from his knowledge of cars, Todd is friendly and never rushes me. All the service staff are friendly and kind.

Tod was great. He was ready with my car service history by the time I got to his stall and he reviewed and recommended the service for today. Car was done in about two hours. He also suggested future service but and said we don’t have to do it today to save some money.

Tod was his usual helpful self. I trust him and that means everything to me.

Ok so it Stared like this. Last time i got my oil change it was free cuz my car still had the warranty. I took it yesterday and i had to pay. 100 bucks no big deal so ask the lady on the front . No one told me this was going to expire soon? I never Did l receive no notification. So my partner explained the situation. She said ok I understand here a 10 dollar off coupon. Bam blessed rite. So me and my partner where all happy because we where thinking ok cool they did looked out Toyota. Does care. me. The warranty was going end . So i took it thinking I wasn’t going pay. Just my luck rite so my partner talks to the lady she said sorry about that. Ill give you a 10 dollar coupon. My partner ok so with this coupon? How much would it come out to? Just asking because i could bring next week instead? She said it should cone out to 90 bucks after taxes and.The coupon shouldn’t have not har taxes correct me if I’m wrong.? but thats the whole point of a coupon to get percentage off. It came that time 1:00pm to pick up. My car.Total was 108.00 with the coupon. So my issue is that you guys lied or she did. Lie is a strong word so maybe you guys have to communicate s n emails txt letters to the p that there free service is about to end not just show up and get charged. Cool thanks jesus
