My tires were rotated. Vehicle was returned misaligned. Your job is to make sure the vehicle is in proper driving order. If a rotation caused misalignment, I should have been asked if I wanted an alignment on Saturday, or tires should've been returned to original position stating that can't be done and I shouldn't have been charged for something that you said was needed and couldn't be done. When I stated I was upset about overpaying for my service, I was offered not a partial refund or discount on service received but a credit of $50 towards my next service...which by then I am sure I will forget about and the note on my account will surely be missed and I will never get that. I am quite unhappy with how this service went.
