I think customers would appreciate a more thorough explanation of each service. I we’ve owned our RAV4 for a year. I like it that all we needed was a tire rotation but it would help to understand why nothing else’s was needed. Tod was helpful in this regard but maybe taking a little more time would educate customers on how owning a Toyota changes their maintenance expectations. I think that’s a good thing.

A problem with the battery losing charge as needed to start the car was diagnosed and fixed by full recharging. However, this is the 2nd time in about 3 weeks that the battery was dead and the car couldn’t be started or even opened with the fob. Because the fully recharged battery passed all diagnositic tests in the shop, the cause of the 2 battery failures was not specifically identified. Thus I’m concerned that the battery will again unpredictably lose enough charge sometime in the future so that the car won’t start or that I will be unable to use the remote fob.

Rick is fabulous. Knowledgable, helpful, problem solver, service oriented. He should be a coach for the Toyota franchise.! The mechanical crew is top notch. Did a far better job than other Toyota service crews. They too should be coaches for the Toyota franchise. All in all a perfect experience. Worth the drive from Arizona. I’ll be driving back for my next service !
