Well all the parts ordered were wrong so I still haven’t received any service. I also had a pair of AirPod pros in my cup holder that were missing once I got back into the car and the mechanics had been in it. So I believe they were stolen by one of your employees. The staff member who also ordered the parts when asked if he ordered them lied and said he didn’t for some reason. So it’s not been a great experience but the one main guy helping me has been quite nice and responsive so credit where due.

I dropped of my vehicle at 9:15 being assured that service wouldn’t take more than 4 hours. At 2:30pm, I still haven’t heard so I called and was told the tech was working it now and that it would be available in 45min-1hr. I insisted over the phone saying that I really needed my car back by 3:30pm at the very latest as I needed to pick up my daughter at school. The person told me I would get a call back. Never had. After an hour, still no news, so I head over to Toyota. The car was far from being ready. The answer was we « were short staffed ». It was a total stress to see how I could be in time for my daughter. I had to take an Uber to go get her. And my car still isn’t fixed I need to bring it back next week.
Stuff happens and I get that, but the communication was really poor.
Kudos to employee Andrea though. She did what she could but she showed professionalism and empathy. She didn’t drop the ball and even deliver my vehicle at home. She’s exceptional.
