Robert was great. I had an appt @ 8:30 AM and was in a rush to get to a meeting. After explaining my situation he took over the assigned service advisors responsibility while I watched my assigned service advisor have a casual conversation not related to getting customer in when there was a decent line. Please commend Robert on his professionalism and promptly stepping in to help me. His service reinstalled my faith in using Toyota as our service provider. You need more Roberta or al the minimum pay him a little extra to have a class with outer SA to show how intake should be done.
