Forest was fine but the three hour wait for four tires was very frustrating. I had to take time off work to get this done. I understand you’re busy but that’s a long wait for tires.

I brought my toyota tacoma for a service and I mentioned to the person that helped me if they could take a look one of the headlights because it was burning off constantly and that could be an electric problem with the truck. When I went to pick my truck up I checked the lights and realized that they didn't change de bulb that was dead. I talk with Pablo that actually was very professional and tried to resolve the problem mentioning that they could change the bulb but I might need to schedule another service just for the electric inspection of the truck which I would like to do it soon but I'm doubting to do it because of my previous experience with your service

I waited for my vehicle and it took 2 1/2 hours for 45,000 mile service. It seemed very chaotic both when I dropped off my car and when I picked it up. I had to back up through the parking lot in order to get out. It would seem that the service department was over scheduled for the day. I have used the service department before and it took an extra hour more than it had on any previous service appointments. I am not sure if I would use the service department again.
