I made an service appointment on my day off because my AC was blowing warm air, the issue was resolved. I was not satisfied with the time it took for my car to be returned back to me. I made an appointment at 7am so I could get my car sooner then later. By the time I picked my car it was almost 5pm. That is almost a 10 hour day. To be honest, I think my car was just sitting until the very end. I only say that because I doubt my car was getting service for 10 hours. That was frustrating. There could of also been better communication on updating me when a time frame. I had to call to get an update.

You should give Forest a big raise. Employees with his knowledge, great customer service and honesty is a rare thing these days. His friendly attitude made my first time experience with your repairs shop an enjoyable one. Made me won’t to buy a car from Toyota or Santa Barbara just so I can enjoy the repair shops great customer service. I also had a great experience with the two employees who finalized my bill and brought my vehicle out from the back. Job well done! Thanks, Jim Petanovich.

Tod was great. I’m not from the area but my Prius broke down on the 101, and Tod was so helpful in getting the problem thoroughly diagnosed and repaired —while keeping me updated on timing since I live 2 hours away, explaining everything clearly, and keeping costs down as much as possible. I scheduled an appt for for routine service at 1:30 and was told over the phone it would be 45 minutes for the service to be completed. I arrived early for my appt. I had a meeting at 4:00 nearby and figured that left plenty of time. I mentioned this when I checked in (it was not Forest who checked me in), after the associate told me it would be 2 hours, and he said he would do what he could to get it done as quickly as possible. I waited at the dealership for my car. At 3:00, I checked on the status after I didn’t see it on the rack. I was told that they hadn’t gotten to it yet. I had to leave without the service being done. Maybe when running behind, an associate could send a text to let the customer know so they can reschedule before making the trip and waiting around.

The people were friendly and accommodating, but the cost to get my truck serviced plus the cost for getting my transmission fluid changed was so expensive I couldn’t believe it. The average cost at other places is $80-$250 and you guys charged $500 for new transmission fluid. Furthermore, your team used to rinse off cars after they’ve been serviced and you no longer do that. The high cost for service and not doing a little something extra like rinsing off the car will lead me to taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Certified Toyota mechanic did incorrect installation of water hose. Had to come back another day to have it done correctly. Rubbing against belt pulley which cut hose. No apologies, wasted time, missed work.... very very disappointing
