The lack of adequate hand rails at the facility makes it very difficult for handicap people to get around. Also no shuttle service and no place to sit and wait for Uber or Lyft makes the visit extremely unpleasant. It must be dreadful for the service managers to work in that dreadful outdoor shack in bad weather.

When I got there, while I was waiting in my car, a gentleman walked up with an iPad and opened my car door. Got a mumbled greeting, not “May I open the door to get some vehicle information?” I had to confirm with him what I was there for as he didn’t ask. Then it was another wait for the service person, with whom again I also had to verify why I was there (10,000 mile service). I’d like to suggest the service folk provide a bit more communication and confirmation of the reason for the visit.
