I was happy with Rachel but did want to make a few comments. One, I was surprised that there was no car wash, loaner car, or any other perk given during my service. When I got my car back, I noticed my floor mat had been removed. I asked the guy who pulled up my car and he said, “oh it must be in the back…”. And I responded, “well, can you put it back?” And he unceremoniously grabbed it at threw it on my floor (covering the peddles) and walked away. It was very unprofessional and surprised me.

Some trim pieces that were removed for the service work were not put back properly. A panel under the hood and two panels under the grill. I had to point out the hood one which was promptly fixed and I drove home and discovered the lower one and had to fix it myself as the car was undriveable as the panel folded back and wedged into wheel well. Pretty sloppy. There was also oil on the rug drivers side.
