Alex was the friendliest employee I’ve ever met. My father has worked in the automotive industry as a GM for decades (now retired). I’ve seen many employees in and out of his lot. Alex would be the best of the best from the group I’ve seen.

I waited 3 weeks to schedule so I could get a Saturday "wait" appointment at 9:00, so I could have this done and just wait. I needed simple routine 6 month service, about 45min. Since you no longer have shuttle service available, I have just waited in the past with no problems. I told Justin I had a "wait" appointment. He acknowledged it and said it could be 10:30. This was longer than I had in the past, but ok. I heard nothing, so went back at 10:15 and they had not even started on my car. He said it was going to be another hour and I could take my car and leave if I wanted. After this long I stayed. Why bother making "wait" appointments if you are not going to honor them. I would also have appreciated an update during my wait. I have been using your service department since 1990. Dealerships don't always have the best reputation, but I have always been satisfied with the service. My car was fine, but I did not leave with a good feeling.
