Toyota provided me with a sense of satisfaction in explaining what was needed to replace worn-out parts to my vehicle. They also provided me with what they thought my vehicle could use as far as preventative maintenance for the future.

Called 4 times and out through to different people including service manager and no one answered any calls. Driving that evening I get a notice to turn my lights on. Someone in service turned off my headlights. Only my second service but not impressed this time.
