They handled the issue well enough that made me okay in the end. I have to plan these things around my daughters lunch and nap time, so when I found out that no one has even started on my car after 2.5 hours I was reasonably upset. I got there at 9, checked back at 11:30, everyone was super helpful and handled the issue well. Two men went straight to work on my car, the manager spoke with me and gave me a discount, I needed a new fob key battery and they comped that as well. All in all it went from being a 1/5 stars to a 3.5/5 star experience. My daughter ended up napping only on part of the car ride that day, which messed up the rest of my schedule for the day, but I’m grateful to have gotten my brake pads replaced. I am a little worried to take my car and my husbands car there again though because it always takes longer than the estimated time.

My service member “dropped the ball” and left me sitting for 2.5 hours. When I checked to see how progress was going he said ‘oh, you’re here? I’ll get it started”. I was forgotten since 9 am my appointment time and they just started after my waiting in front of them for 2.5 hours. Got an apology and that was it. When I complained the actual service time was 15 minutes. I had to have this recall done by a dealer for my dmv registration. Terrible service. Terrible excuse for lazy behavior. If I were a man would he have assumed I was ‘just going home’? Almost missed a $250 appointment that would have hurt my income for the day. Bad communication and assumptions. And nothing to make up for it.
