This is the second time I’ve made an appointment, been told my car would be ready at a specified time and the car not ready when told, no notification it would be delayed and had to call and leave a message asking when it would be ready, got voice mail, no one called me back then came to dealership and after 5 hours of you having my car it still wasn’t ready.

We were not notified that our car was finished after an hour and a half. My wife had to be very assertive, finding our car was finished in the lot. It turns out that they had the wrong VIN number. We would like a receipt showing that the VIN number has been corrected.
