Horrible service, took 1.5 hours just to meet with the manager because they were in some meeting. Never coming back as this has become a repetitive situation at this location.

The service rep was really great. Because of short staffing there was a long wait to hear if my car needed more work. I wish you would reinstate giving people a ride home and picking them up. It was a great service.
