Tod is a great Service Adviser and he has always kept my 2016 Sienna in perfect mechanical condition. It is the last vehicle I will probably own that I purchased from your dealership in April 2016. Amazingly the only out of pocket expense besides routine maintenance has been for the repair of the hood latch 4 years ago. Yesterday I had that latch replaced for safety reasons because it failed again. Thanks for maintaining my Special Sienna.
