I just wanted to let everyone know that all of you people in the Toyota family and workers in what ever department you serve at are doing the to serve our customers and our community and I thank you for that. After I had dropped my Camry off, Tod called me with some bad, and potentially expensive, news about my vehicle and asked for information regarding previous service records. This was slightly confusing (not to mention concerning), but when I found my records and called back, Tod had just found out that there was a mix up with the paperwork and the problem was with someone else's vehicle. When I picked the vehicle up, Tod apologized profusely and was obviously upset about the error, and there are certainly no hard feelings on my part. These things happen - such is life. However, it made for a slightly less than ideal experience. Otherwise, the service, as ever, was fine. As a footnote, I have been coming to Toyota of Santa Barbara for about 36 years, through two changes of ownership and many service advisors and managers, and the service department has been consistently first rate.
