Checked in at 1:00 and was told backlogged and could pick up at 4:00. Returned at 4:30 car was not done. Wasn’t even started. Waited for an hour while they rushed it through. So received the car at 5:35. I understand that you might be busy, but don’t tell me that it is being service end my wife and I saw it go up on the lift.

The only two things I can talk about is the male sales person with the orange hair declaration of his scratch off winnings with the bay staff.
It wasn't until after the staff passed by me to chat. After the chat he passed by me again then asking me for assistance. Was his earnings more important than customers. (Review security cameras).
The second thing was at pick up time around 11, when I saw a delivery car go van slowly back up to exit, and at the same time a large Black Toyota truck was driving a bit fast and just missed the van. The truck ultimately came into the crew area to the right. I'm sure that driver didn't see the many people seeing the witnesses

It appears that the bay staff appears timid towards me but was eager to help other customers.
Maybe that was the reason why management came out during my drop off. The delay for service could be improved (see security cameras)
