Rachel is outstanding. She is smart, efficient, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and extremely easy to communicate with. I always go straight to her when I need service, and I have always been very happy with her work.

The only two things I can talk about is the male sales person with the orange hair declaration of his scratch off winnings with the bay staff.
It wasn't until after the staff passed by me to chat. After the chat he passed by me again then asking me for assistance. Was his earnings more important than customers. (Review security cameras).
The second thing was at pick up time around 11, when I saw a delivery car go van slowly back up to exit, and at the same time a large Black Toyota truck was driving a bit fast and just missed the van. The truck ultimately came into the crew area to the right. I'm sure that driver didn't see the many people seeing the witnesses
(See security cameras).
It appears that the bay staff appears timid towards me but was eager to help other customers.
Maybe that was the reason why management came out during my drop off. The delay for service could be improved (see security cameras)

I was purposely given an appointment time that would minimize the wait for completing the oil change. It would have been nice had I been called that they were behind schedule, providing me with an opportunity to come in a little later, rather than having to wait 150 minutes.

Had hoped he could help me research the service history on my 2011 Tacoma 4x4 as I’d mistakenly believed the history would be accessible. My mistake not saving my records. Gabe was kind enough to look however will take some digging.
Perhaps someone in the new team would be able to get to the bottom of it at some point.

Rick Segovia was wonderful and I have no problem with him. The issue is with your automated web-based express check-out service. When my car service was finished I received a text telling me I owed $85.00 and gave me an option to pay online with an express checkout. Rick had told me my service was pre-paid and I would not have a charge so I did not opt for the online payment. He confirmed that when I checked out. So you have a glitch in your system that needs to be fixed and should be disabled until you fix it. Thanks, Valerie H
